70-Year-Old Narok Man Sentenced to Life Imprisonment for Defiling Granddaughter

A court in Narok has sentenced a 70-year-old man to life imprisonment after finding him guilty of repeatedly defiling his granddaughter at Talek Trading Centre in Narok West Sub-County.

Chief Magistrate Hezron Nyaberi delivered the judgment after ruling that the prosecution had proved the case beyond reasonable doubt. The court found that the evidence presented during the trial was sufficient to sustain a conviction for the offence.
